Hi, I have a question regarding option topics.

I do phys and chem and am not doing the popular ones (astro and industrial), but am doing med and forensics.

So, just a question. How are these scaled?

Can someone explain to me the process?

Is it based on the people who do those option topics and if they do craply in core it scales craply aswell?

Thanks guys : )

They're not scaled the same every year. Once the paper has been sat the relative average performances are taken into account and their individual scaling is worked out. They could scale higher or lower than the popular choices, no one will know until the papers are marked.
