Hi, I just want to aks a question regarding the plan with Orange 9cent talk 18. Does this plan mean that I have to pay $18 per month together with the cost of the call that I make each month added with the handset cost if there is one??

You get a little less than $18 i think...
Im on the "Fare 9" plan but that only includes like $8.87 or something from the 9 bucks. If you used more then those extra costs had to be paid more
I don't really like orange

FYI Orange phones aren't very sturdy. My first phone was a flip phone, and I had it in my bag one day, got home and the screen was cracked and all inky.
