I got 2 x 256 pc2100. How do I overclock these 2 ram?

hmmm pc2100 doesnt seem so good anyways lol...

but anyways what brand is the ram and what motherboard do u have, if ur ram isnt a good brand ull have a less luck of doing so.

pc2100 is only rated for 266MHz, what are you trying to do/accomplish?

What kind of mainboard are you using, and CPU type/model?

I suggest that you google it, but I'm not responsible for any smoke, fumes, or explosions.

the easiest way to overclock ram is the set the timings lower

but the performance gained is irrelavent....

i mean 2fps on any game is pointless
and 3seconds faster when starting windows is just as pointless

ahuh a smart friend of mine try to play around with the CMOS settings for his uber cool generic ram lol.. and well u see, he saved settings and was never able to see his POST screen ever lol...

Yep, I have mine set to:

5:4 ratio
275mhz fsb
2-5-3-3 timings

lol, you can always reset the CMOS (with jumper).... or use dual bios

No No i was refering to his RAM was completely obsolete, when you dont have RAM in your comp u cant even see the POST lol

ah.. jumper mentioned (for cmos reset) ... ah *reminices of the days with moboards almost completely made of jumpers... and trying to find the booklet on the board so that u didnt kill the precious pentium75 that you managed to score.. just so u could play doom all that much faster..*
