Seasons 1-5 were some of the greatest TV I've ever seen. Season 6 was an abomination though.
If you like Oz, check out "THe Wire" and "The Shield." The Wire is the greatest show ever seen.

this show is awesome. i began watching it mainly to play "spot the soprano" and ended up becoming addicted.

i love it. first time i watched it i was like 'oh it'll just be another so-called gritty prison drama'...but it turned out to be SO good. i recommend it.

It can be quite raw at times... I remember my legal teacher putting it on in class...apparently he thought it might be educational. I guess in a sense it was... maybe for the topic crime.... maybe...
