I was wondering, for a 18 year old female with previous job experience in administration, where could I look for a part time job with pay to match experience?
Any recommendations on where i could apply?

It's pretty hard to get a part time job in an office type role. How come you can't go full time??

^ Temping pays well. Businesses are always looking for people in admin. I've been scouring the web for jobs, forwarding them to other people and have found so many. Especially on SEEK at the moment.
