hey can anyone suggest apparatus in the school laboratories which can be used as the s bent tube for capturing microbes?

Hey,

They can be made by heating glass tubes in a Bunsen burner and carefully bending them into that shape.

If you can find a tube which is bent into an S already, just place it into a stopper with a hole and place it in the flask with an adhesive or something to stick it in well.

Do this one more time and one more control flask which has no tube (perhaps a stopper, or no stopper).

or you could use a rubber tube, a glass tube, and a few corks and testtubes.

it's harder to see that the dust has been trapped in the S-tube. I'd go for the glass tube option.
