Hi, I just have a few questions regarding the PCA Cadetship.

1. How many days a week do cadets work?
2. What does the work involve? Are you essentially an employee or is it essentially an extended internship?
3. How does this impact Uni studies?
4. What are the interviews like? I heard their quite rigorous but what can I expect?

Any help would be appreciated. 👍

N/A
1) cadets work around 3.5 days to 4 days a week
2) Work is dependent on the division you are in. You are essentially an employee but yes you can think of it as an extended internship
3) You do uni on the side. It depends on the cadet but you can do a reduced load by a little bit or just do a full load though this requires great time-management skills
4) The interviews are quite rigorous. There's the online application. Then 1st round interview with PCA who puts you forward to the companies. From there each company has their own processes. But altogethe expect around 3-4+ rounds of interviews for the whole process. They're usually behavioural questions + questions about the area you're applying for.

In regards to point 4 (the questions about the area I'm apply for), if I'm going for Investment Banking are they going to ask me IB stuff ???
