What does it mean by a reliable fitness test? E.g. Sit & Reach for flexibility etc.

trustworthy, fair and reproducible results

If a fitness tests gives a true indication of your fitness level, or if it gives you similar results when you repeat the test, it can be deemed reliable*.

*There are exceptions e.g. luck/chance.
