Graphing and shading can be done in pencil ?

I suppose you could use it to draw sketches. But if you were to indicate your final answer you should go through with pen.

do u need to use a ruler for the x and y axis, or does sketch allow u to just draw them free hand

and are u allow to draw circles free hand? - mainly for 4u. (and the "copy or trace diagram" circle geo questions"

you should use ruler for x and Y axis, not sure if you have to though

you should be able to draw circles free hand, just as long as they can see it properly..
