Im really sorry, many people have probably already asked this,
but is it a bad move to choose a song as a related text for physical journeys?
I was looking at doing Khe Sahn by Cold Chisel/Jimmy Barnes.

Many of my friends who do advanced were like dont do songs.....but didnt really give me a reason as to why.

Also, I was looking at doing either Priscilla Queen of the desert or Almost famous as related texts, is that a bad move doing two movies?

Yes, it's a bad idea to do songs unless you know all the techniques that are used in songs and the technical names of the things that happen (things like music getting faster/slower/changing in pitch etc.)

Also, you should probably post any more English questions in the English forum (Secondary Education > New South Wales (HSC) > English). This forum is for the 2007 HSC. :)
