Ok, so I did not do HSC physics and I really don't want to bridge. Is PHYS1121 and PHYS1131 impossible to pass without HSC physics?

Edit: I am doing 3U math if thats anything

HSC Physics is not necessary for passing or even getting a High Distinction in PHYS1121 or PHYS1131.

You can't always compare maths or physics or whatever to university courses because at uni they say it's harder and more concepts are involved in the respective courses.

essentially, what I am trying to ask is that is it fine if I don't bridge physics for mechatronic/telecomms engineering or how much at a disadvantage I would be? thanks :)

Actually if you do Telecommunications or Electrical its a completely different story because you have to do the HIGHER PHYSICS 1B course.

In this course, there's a lot of HSC content brushed on.

However I would say you can still do well in it if you haven't done Physics in high school. Its not a necessity but it would be very, very helpful.
