Can someone help me out please? Here's the question:

Calculate the acceleration of a car moving at a constant speed of 20m/s in circular motion if it takes 40 seconds to complete one lap. [Hint: Use vectors to work out change in velocity (v-u)]

Essentially, this is the approach you should take
1)Remember v=(2times pi times r)/T where r is the radius of the circle and T is the time it takes for one period, v is velocity of object around the circular track. Since you have v, T, rearranging the equation you will be able to find r-radius of the circle.
2)The formula for centripetal acceleration is a=v^2/r, so you have v and r from step 1, plug in the numbers and you should get a positive acceleration value
