Inspired by the recent competition "A Minute @ Mac" and this being the last week, and with kiddies soon going to be asking a multitude of questions asking about coming to MQ, what better way than to take the initiative and take pictures of our lovely uni and post them here, with or without captions.

wtf we have emus!!! ??

i never realised how ugly emus were... they are emus right? not just big ugly birds??

where is the observatory? are they in with other animals like kangaroos? i still want to visit the animals! i will do that one day. i still have to work out where they are.

ok - if you are at SAM and look over the lake and grass area, there is that sculpture which is kind of like two bent ladders / a helix. Walk up to that - but then kep walking up the grass - you will soon see two little domes - keep walking up tot them till the grass goes flat and turn right - there is a fence with green mesh on it - in there there are quite a few emus

Ta, I'm really happy with the way they turned out, and a little touch up in photoshop didn't hurt either
