3. internet/computer, ipod, tv, (sorry, can i just say this question is a bit broad? Technology is everywhere in every shape and form and you CANT ignore it)
4. everyday (again, a bad question to ask. maybe you could narrow it down to something like a computer?)

6. males. they are always glued to their screens playing PSP by day and PS by night (but that is, of course a generalisation.)

10. i think i would. we live in a western society that places a great emphasis on money and technology. if i lived in a more communal society that places an emphasis on talking face to face, i would see little use for the comp. except for homework/researching.

I think both would use it equally during the teenage years but for differing reasons, girls for socialising and boys for entertainment(based on gender stereotypes). As individuals get older though there reasons for using technology may differ and therefore the time of use between males and females can change.

Plus women typically do the accounting within the household and may use the technology to do their online banking etc.

Mobile Phones would be the most commonly used, However the internet may be the most popular across all age groups due to its easy accesibility and amount of resources it contains. However, game consoles are also extremely popular with children.

A relative amount of communication is still done face to face, however more people use technology to communicate with others because of its convenience and it saves time, as individuals can multi-task
