Can anyone help identifying techniques in these quotes from Shakespeare's Julius Caesar?..

“Caesar’s better parts / Shall be crowned in Brutus”
“This Caesar was a tyrant”
“We are blest that Rome is rid of him”
"Let him be Caesar"
