PLS HELP USYD veterans.. Im in a really tight situation regarding enrolment (1 Viewer)

I just checked my UAC and recieved and offer for b.commerce at USYD.

Now I wanted to know how to accept the offer and it seems I need to go on the enrolment day. I checked the date and its tommorow 23rd of JANUARY. (ONLY 7 days after offer has been made wtf?)

NOW the problem is that im overseas at the moment and I CANNOT attend the enrolment day as I am not on the plane. Is there anything I can do??? such as my parents going instead of me?

Please help my situation.
