would it be possible to make a condensation polymer from 1-chloropropanol?

first of all, that is not yet a systematic name... which carbon is the hydroxy group located?!

2ndly, no, for a condensation polymerisation to occur, there need to have two functional groups... and to my knowledge, Chloro bond is too inactive to be reactive
