Does anyone know how to do this question?
A polynomical x^5 – 5x^4 –x^3 + 3x^2 + 1 = 0 has roots α, β, γ, δ.
What is the equation of the polynomial with roots (1/α) + 2, (1/β) +2, (1/γ) + 2, and (1/δ) + 2?

I got an answer but i'm not sure if my method is correct. The answer I got was:
x^5 - 10y^4 + 40y^3 - 99y^2 + 115y - 49 = 0

Yep - apart from your typos which are excusable (you forgot the fifth root epsilon) and the first term of ur second polynomial was x^5 when it shouldve been y^5.

My calculations gave exactly the same thing.
