commerce and businesses has INCREASED dramatically over the years, and IT especially

when my brother got into usyd for computers (forgot the name of the course) he got in wif merely a mark in the low 80's TER

but now i heard his course is in the low to mid 90's directly from him, so you can see how much it has INCREASED AND IT SUCKS FOR USSS!!!!!

and I BET IT WILL INCREASE EVEN FURTHER :(

UAI's for most courses have generally increased over the years...Its more to do with the fact that more and more Year 12 leavers are apply for university study

Actuarial is currently on a rise (in terms of demand and UAI)... at MQ. At UNSW, I guess it is too (but they are less strict on entry ie. people who do Commerce can do it).

Law, sif it'll ever cool down.

Commerce will continue to rise, especially since the Govt loves to cut funding.

Hasn't Engineering cooled down?
When i was small i was told Engineering was 98+ or something. Now you can do it with high 80s i think
