I bombed hard for economics and mathematics however, I'm literally going hard out (well... for math right now) and plan to get about 90% for the actual external exam. Plus, because of these two subjects, I'm nervous my ATAR will be significantly affected.

Oh, and our school rank last year was in the 400s :/

I'd say 90+. Your ATAR will probably be determined by how well you do on the externals, due to your low school rank.
