We have to research one of the following:
-Internet
-DVD technology
-CD technology
-GPS
We have to look at the very modern side of these technologies. I was wondering which would be easiest to get information on and scientific journals on.

I had this as a research task at school as well. The only thing was that it took the form of an exam. Try www.howstuffworks.com. If you have Preliminary Physics Jacaranda textbook, there is some REALLY USEFUL information in there regarding the task. I researched CD Technology, because it was a popular choice, but I think internet may be the easiest one, but I doubt you'll get as much detail from it.

Well considering there are lots of advances in DVD technology. That of BlueRay and HD-DVD, I think you can find some interesting scientific journals and info on DVD's and the future of them.
