Hey all, I'm doing ARTS1030 and I assume we have to buy the prescribed books to read. Is my assumption correct? I would like to buy them online now as it is cheaper and i will have them ready for uni when i start.

Thanks for any help.

Yeah for arts stuff it would be best to get them. Wait until the first lecture though to see what the lecturer says. You won't need them in the first week, and probably not the second either.

Hey, I'm doing ARTS1030 too. I'm actually going to buy my stuff from the UNSW Bookshop during O-Week or something.

They stock all the books anyway, and it's more convenient for me.

Okay thanks everyone.
Hmmm online price is about $40 whereas if I buy them from the bookshop it is about $80... I think I will buy them online sometime soon.

Make sure it's the same edition (or relatively close) -- the ISBN check can be done
