Proactive advice for highschooler wanting to study computer science (1 Viewer)

Does anyone have some helpful advice that I and others can utilise if we desire to pursue a career related to computer science? If you know any Free resources/programs/etc that would be very helpful.

Have you checked out Harvard's free online courses?

Learn Python usng freecodecamp, make a game or something like that. Get really comfortable with if/else/for/while/functions/classes and you're pretty much set for the first few programming classes.

Unsw comp sci here, just learn basic C if you want to have an easy first year, but go advanced (memory allocation etc ) if you want to excel
