i have been trying to open the lecture notes for psychology on webCT but when i click on it nothing happens....anyone have the same problem?

They're probably not uploaded properly, if you're really worried ask ur tutor

if your webCT has a discussion thingo, ask someone on there if they are experienceing problems; else have you turned off pop up blockers and anti-virus software or make it allow this specific website to send you files?
Else if you already had a tutorial and know oyur tutor's email or lecturer, than do as he suggested above and email.

yeah i got the same problem. It works on the computers at UNI so iam gonna print em off there.
