Problems with making UniPass (1 Viewer)

Anyone else finding that the details they are putting in to create a UniPass in Identity Manager "don't match the records" . Everything i put down is correct. I don't know what's up. I wanna be able to solve this before my offer lapses or some shit.

Is your program code correct? Double check using the UAC code Lookup

To anyone else also having problems: called them and they said there's a problem where students can't log in after making a UniPass and they're working to resolve it. Maybe they've taken the whole system offline for now.
