what are the worst offenders that prompt blatant procrastination?

for me... its:

- foruming (i run my own forum... although its only small compared to BoS... its got about 1200 members... and as admin... theres so much to do ><" BUT having said that... feel free to join xD haha... www.z8.invisionfree.com/asteria... although if you're not asian... it shall be... ummm... very 'interesting'... =])
- BoS... (can't help it *sigh* what would i do without you guys? lmao...)
- MSN (this isn't so bad anymore... i've banned myself from it)
- myspace/bebo... (when the comments flow in... you can't help but reply!)
- dramas (once i start... can't stop T__T)

bleh bleh bleh. there is no cure for procrastination ><"
