In communication systems, what shold be included in a projectplan?
is it all the stages of a planning deign and implementation
- feasibility study
system conversion etc?

hmm, yeah, but i thought comm. systems were a part of a Information System. I havent seen the project plan section included for the Comm. Sys section in most text books. But anyway you could apply the feasibility study, and conversion methods in the project plan for a comm. system. An you can include parts like the I.T. required for the comm.sys as well.
