I am fine with everything circle geometry, EXCEPT when PROVING things. (The stupid textbook doesn't have any proof whatsoever, and whenever the teacher explains it, I get it, until later that evening when i'm back to square once.) explanations or tips???

You could get a textbook. Just remember your theorems, and how to apply them in questions. Practise more, and eventually, you'll get the hang of it.
