i was going to get into that but psych clashes with my existing timetable so im just dealin with phys. do you plan to major in psych?

Pyschology

Hey im in yr 12 atm and i was thinkin of doin psychology in uni..
just a few questions:
1) y pyschology at unsw over usyd?
2) is it a heavy workload?
3) wats the uai cut off?

:D hiya

1. UNSW is the second best in educational psych research in Australia (after UWS). Um, Psych at UNSW offers degrees where you can have electives from other faculties as well. UNSW is more fun :p

2. Workload so far isn't much. But I'm assuming we'll have to start doing research assignments. Weekly, you do 5 hours, 3 lectures, 1 experimental methodology and 1 tut. Fortnightly mini tests. Anyways, it will be in your best interest to work hard as you're paying lotsa moola for this.

3. you can do a BScience degree, cutoff this year was about 81ish, it might go higher next year as this year it jumped quite far, i think 4ish pts. or BPsychology which is in the low 90's.

hmm anything else?
