Heya guys,

In question 23 c of the 2005 HSC it asked 'Compare and contrast the problems faced by young male and female offenders when they come into contact with the criminal justice system.' I have found several ones for both genders including: access, knowledge and societal stereotypes. Can you guys please suggest some for an individual gender?

This was a controversal question at the time. I admit being completely stumped at the time of the exam and pretty much only came up with what you said, have you looked at the notes from the marking centre for that exam? I have no idea what they wanted lol Good luck
