question about ATAR calculation (1 Viewer)

hey! just wondering, so ATAR is calculated with your best 10 units. By 'best' does it mean based on your raw marks or the scaled mark? thanks in advanced

I'm pretty sure scaled mark, it wouldn't make sense to count your best raw marks because that could just defeat the purpose of choosing your best 10 if something you scored lower in then scaled to a much higher mark. I'm not 100% sure though, someone else might want to confirm.
