Hi there,

I got 95.9 for my ATAR and I know that the minimum ATAR required to transfer into undergrad law is 97. However, if I do really really well in my first year, is there a possibility of a transfer? Or will I be immediately rejected due to my ATAR not being high enough?

Thanks!

When transferring into law they will look at either your university marks on their own, or a combination of your university marks and ATAR, whichever one is better. So yes, if you do really well in your first year (at least a Distinction average as mentioned above), then you should be well placed for a transfer, and your ATAR won't matter.
