Pls help with the above question....

$x=asin(nt+\alpha) \\v=ancos(nt+\alpha)$

when x is zero, sin is 0 and hence cos is at its maximum value (1), so therefore $v=an=10\sqrt{3}$

When the speed is halfway between its mean position and endpoint, $x=\frac{a}{2}$ , so therefore $sin(nt+\alpha)=\frac{1}{2}$ and hence it follows that $|cos(nt+\alpha)|=\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}$ and hence $|v|=\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}\times 10\sqrt{3}$ , so the speed is therefore 15.
