Hey how much would this chem dot point be worth in an exam? Frm yr 11.
"Explain the relationship between the position of elements in the periodic table and:
Electrical conductivity
Ionisation energy
Atomic radius
Melting poinr
Boiling point
Valency
Electronegativity
Reactivity"

From what I've seen, it's generally 1-3 markers on just one of those properties. Main thing for year 11 though is to understand what they are and what they cause - you need it for year 12.

Adding to that, there'll be parts which require you identify the trend and then explain it, which, together is around 3-5 marks.
