Quick LAw And Society Questions Help Would Be Much Apreciated

Just a few little enquiries :)

What are the referendum requirements?

AND

To whom do people go to about discrimination complaints?

Any info on either of these would be muchly appreciated

Referendum requirements are that the majority of people in the majority of states have to agree to the change in the constitution.

Dscrimination complaints - depends
If at work, then can take to boss. If no satisifaction, then can take to the anti-discrimination board. If dismissal related then can take to unfair dismissal board. If human rights breach then can take to HREOC who will make a judgement. If international can take it to International Human Rights Commission (eg Toonen case)
