$$y=f(x)=\frac{2x+7}{x+3}$.$

$The domain is the set of all real numbers except $x=-3$ (since this would make the denominator 0, which we can't have; any other real number is fine to plug in to that function).$

$Note that $y=\frac{2(x+3)+1}{x+3}$$

$$=2+\frac{1}{x+3}$.$

$So the range is the set of all real numbers except $y=2$, since $y\neq 2$, as $\frac{1}{x+3}\neq 0$, but $\frac{1}{x+3}$ can take on any other real value.$
