You just buy a new set of strings. You can usually pick them up for about $8 - $15,
Most people restring themselves, but some people pay to have someone else do it (usually costs quite a bit considering its 5 minutes work).
Recommend you jump on youtube and search for a restringing tutorial, or your guitar manufacturers website and do it yourself so you learn how.
Oh and if you've never bought strings before you might wanna ask for help with gauge size.... the most common are 0.09's and 0.10's (thickness of the high e string).
