Hi guys, my housemate and I just moved into a 3 bedroom house right next to uni and would appreciate the company of another person 
The house is in fantastic condition (pretty much new). It's non-furnished so you'd have to have your own bed etc. The location is second-to-none, walk across the street to ANU and about 5-8 minutes to Mooseheads on foot depending on your level of drunkenness lol. The rent is $200/week.
Oh and non-smokers only please.
