Hey guys!! so my assessment task is to write a section 4 style response on 1 question picked by the teachers from the 3 questions given.
1. Assess strategies that management may use to respond to an increasingly globalised business environment
2. Evaluate the extent to which increased expectations of corporate social responsibility will impact operations strategies
3. Assess strategies that management may use to respond to changes in government policy and the legal environment
So the teachers will pick one and examine us on the date, so i was wondering if you guys can help me out with giving me some opinions and suggestions on good operations strategies to talk about (3 - 4) i assume, on each of the question. So far i only have outsourcing for Q2. On top of that, relevant case studies, our school ruled out Qantas/Crumpler/Billabong and i was going to use BHP and IKEA, if you guys have any other suggestions please let me know!!! And which of the one do you guys think it might be
