Is there any way to predict what essay questions there might be? any ideas!!!

my trial mark was pretty awesome..retail is common sense and it helps if you have a parttime job which i do!
the way im studying is studying the definitions (found frm hsconline) good place to start.

well they havent had difficult customer for a while so im studying a little for that... but def i reckon there is gonna be a question on a professional salesperson because its in every exam so far.. GOOD LUCK
