I've been thinking about setting up a Class of 2002 Alumni IRC Channel. I reckon it'd be great to have one going, so even though we won't see each other after school finishes, at least we can keep in touch over IRC, and it beats msn and ICQ in that it's not just one-on-one, and we can talk to each other without feeling obliged to extend the conversation like with instant messengers.

I've thought about a name for a while, I honestly can't think of anything better. It would be good to ascribe the channel name with something or somewhere we're familiar with (#farmmechanicslawn is too long ;P)
It can change.
It would be good to have a few regulars now
That way by the time school ends, it will be populated enough to serve as an alumni channel
Register a login (not nick, new system) at http://aucs.oz.org
We need a few registered users before the channel can be registered. Everyone from Ruse yr12 will have 450 Z access (which means you can do everything except delete the channel).
