Is it easy to climb up ranks? currently im 8th in the chem cohort and most of the other class failed (Can I still get a b6 coz I got like 80 percent not saying thats a bad mark but I want a b6 in chem so...)
The marks looks like this:
8th (me) ->39.5/50
7th: 41
6th: 41
5th: 42
4th:43
3: 43.5
2: 43.5
1: 47.5
Since the 7 people higher than me are mostly all bunched up is there a chance I could climb up ranks. Considering most of the chem cohort failed Im scared im gonna get dragged down
not really sure how hsc works too so thats an extra factor
Btw
I know people say that only ranks matter but what if for example you got 40 percent and your first (no chance but wanna know how this works)? isnt that still gonna fuck up ur atar even though ur first? hypothically you get to 'keep your hsc mark' if your first. Say I did extremely well in chem and got a mark 92 but my internals were lower coz I got fucked by my first internal assessment and got 70 percent hypothetically -> wouldnt that drastically affect my chances of getting a b6?)
Thanks
