I accidently skipped a page on my earth and environmental science paper worth 7 marks!!! I need all the marks I can get right now and I can't stop thinking about it. How much will this affect my overall ATAR?

You'll still have an aligned mark. We can't tell because we don't know how you did in the rest of the test. It could be significant or insignificant, but skipping it, although understandable due to an inadvertent error, is not exactly a positive thing.
