Heyy Guys ,

Can you please help me out and give me some examples of rule changes that have occured and/or new technology that has been introduced in sports to increase objectivity.

I need at least three examples , if you can help me out itd b greatly appreciated !

okay so in the sport of swimming..

they have the new touch pads in the pool instead of using stopwatches..

this increases objectivity as its more accurate..

The Hawkeye system in tennis so they can see if the ball was in or out.
The audio thing in cricket (if it goes to 3rd umpire), to tell if the ball connected with the bat.

The scoring guidelines e.g diving and gymnastics. Judges wont be able to give their subjective opinion of the performance, instead they will have to follow strict criteria (deduct 0.5 points for faults etc) to give a score. This increase objectivity
