hi guys, thanks for taking the time to read and hopefully answer my questions

im mainly aiming my q at students studying social inquiry or that have in the past but any advice is welcome...
ok so ive been reading some of the threads from people and am getting a bit nervy/paranoid.....basically i want to end up in the international aid field, but alot of people are suggesting this course is really heavily into politics, and is too airy fairy to actually get you a job in ANY field.
so, to put my question as blunt is:

can i end up working in international aid with this course?

ok, yes. i do not do social inquiry but know plenty of people who have jobs in a wide variety of non-government organisations such as wwf, greenpeace, etc etc. The best thing seems to be to do a double degree (law, international studies) and do several placements. the smart social inquiry kids do really well.
