there are suggestions that GitHub, a file sharing repository mainly used for software development, will be banned

it's SO dumb
and 4chan isn't being banned? like wtf

some of the things that's gonna be banned aren't even social media. lIke when was WhatsApp bad. Like what if they have to text relatives who don't have an iPhone

so true... my parents communicate with me over whatsapp! but i am over 16 so the ban shouldn't (supposedly) affect me

nvm theres also omegle getting banned which is just a website
you would think its more likely for 4chan to get banned than reddit
