So I got a textbook from my teacher, but it's just a bunch of information from other textbooks and articles photocopied and given a cover. I want to use the information for my assessment but I would need to source it. However, there is no written authors or Sources for the book. What do I do??

Ask the teacher which books/websites they got it from. You can't/shouldn't reference random snippets or handouts from teachers unless you know exactly where they came from.

my original teacher had left, so I wasn't able to ask where they got the sheets from but I was able to find many of the sources from the pages I used
