does anyone know where i can find some really concise summaries of the themes/content of each of the speeches before my trial tomorrow? or at least a few of them? or any summaries of them at all?

please post or email me if you can help - it would be very much appreciated!

huh?! each of the speeches? what speeches....you know...
my speech was in section II and we were given a topic to right about.....that was for AOS.....
not sure about the electives though.

i'm just gonna fly thru my electives..write like a page each or something..head of english goes "we expect a minimum of 10pages".....

Everyone in the hall...."WTF?!?!?!?!" lol.
i only did like..a page and a half......
i threw a blank halfway during my speech on my topic! LOL.

omg! i dun even know what module king lear is!!!!

THATs IT! Critical study..what critical study?! i don't even remember what the hell was going on in that damn play!

all i remember is something about how..barrie kosky breaks the conventions of elizabethean theatre, but follows the form of modern theatre......omg..that's all i remember..i don't remember the other interpretation i looked at....*supposed to look at 3....i only did 2....still got 10/15 for doing 2 while others did 3...LMAO*

And the module speeches sucks! Twelve speeches, that I have to memorise quotes from? Along with Hamlet, R&G are dead, PS poetry, the stuff from the stimulus booklet, four related materials (two for change, two for powerplay) and 1984?!? Yeah right... I think I'll leave out the speeches and save myself the heartache

the trial question for speeches wasnt that hard
it was pretty open
they didnt specify any speeches

thank you so much for posting the link - i went to the site and it was fantastic - i'll defintely be better prepared when the real exams come around!
