Like me every English teacher should be able to mark HSC but we all have to apply and usually teaching experience is considered . Others , like myself this year, choose to mark hsc trials of a particular school as an outsider. When they mark your paper you will have two markers . Neither will know the mark given by the other . If there is a discrepancy ( i forget exactly but if its more than 3 or 4 ) then a third marker will be asked to mark ( again they won’t know either ) and then a decision will be made by the adjudicator. For the record for those of you whose work I’ve marked my biggest difference has been four and they went with my mark in the end .

hello! not many people on here do EAL/D, ur the only one i know who does it
