Hey guys, have been accepted to study Medical Science @ Campbelltown starting in Spring semester, and have a few questions regarding subject choices
The handbook says to do:
  • Essential Chemistry 2
  • Cell Biology
  • Intro to Physiology
  • Scientific Literacy

I have no prior Chemistry/Biology study, not even in the HSC (dropped chemistry beginning of year 12). Is there much I should know/study up on for Essential Chemistry 2? Or is there a better option of unit choices that I could do this semester?

Also does anyone know anything about the classes/facilities/etc? Obviously a little intrigued as to what I'll be subjected to in the next semester :p

Wait what? Have you done Ess chem 1 yet? Or do you have to do those subjects?

I'd do Ess Chem 1 first...
I'd also do Anatomy first instead of physiology. But if they aren't offered this sem then I guess you'll just have to do those subjects.

PM me if you need more info.

Hey, to do Essential Chemistry 2, you would need Essential Chemistry 1 as a pre-req.
I guess contact the course advisor for more information on recommended sequence for Spring start, since the handbook just gives a sequence for Autumn intakes.
